Ko‘pchilik shirinliklar haqiqatdan ham sog‘liq uchun zararli hisoblanadi. Ammo barcha shirin ta’mli mahsulotlar “qora ro‘yxat”da emas. Aksincha, ba’zilari tanani mustahkamlash, yurak-qon tomir faoliyatini yaxshilash va hatto fikrlash qobiliyatini oshirishda yordam beradi.
Muhimi — to‘g‘ri tanlov va iste’mol madaniyati.
Shakar o‘rniga meva — shirin, foydali, tabiiy
Kundalik shirinlik o‘rnida olma, banan, malina, qulupnay, chernika kabi tabiiy rezavor mevalarni tanlash tavsiya etiladi. Ularda shakar tabiiy holda bo‘ladi va ular:
Vitamin va antioksidantlarga boy;
Immunitetni mustahkamlaydi;
Asab tizimini tinchlantiradi.
Mayiz — kichik desert, katta foyda

Yosh ortgani sayin, ayniqsa 50 yoshdan keyin ratsiondan ortiqcha shakarni chiqarish tanada quyidagi o‘zgarishlarga olib keladi:
Yurak faoliyati yaxshilanadi;
Qon bosimi va qand miqdori muvozanatga keladi;
Teri holati tiklanadi;
Miya faoliyati oshadi, fikrlash ravshanlashadi.
Shirinlikdan voz kechish emas, to‘g‘ri tanlash
To‘g‘ri shirinlik tanlash orqali ham sog‘lom, ham shirin hayot kechirish mumkin. Masalan:
Agar-agardan tayyorlangan zefir — dengiz suvo‘tlaridan tayyorlanadi;
Mevali va yong‘oqli yogurtlar — uy sharoitida;
Shakarsiz myusli batonchiklar — energiya va to‘yimlilik manbai;
Qora shokolad — antioksidantlarga boy.
Holva — xalq shirinligi va sog‘lomlik siri
Xalqimiz yaxshi ko‘radigan holva haqida ham unutmang. Tabiiy yog‘lar, vitamin va minerallarga boy bo‘lgan mazkur shirinlik:
Yurak faoliyatini qo‘llab-quvvatlaydi;
Energiya beradi;
Suyak va tishlar uchun foydali;
B guruhi vitaminlari tufayli asab tizimini tinchlantiradi.
