Albert Banduraning o‘z-o‘ziga ishonch nazariyasi

O‘z-o‘ziga ishonch – shaxsning muayyan vazifani bajarishga qodirligiga bo‘lgan ishonchidir. Bu ishonch insonning harakatlari, motivatsiyasi va emotsional holatiga kuchli ta’sir ko‘rsatadi.

Asosiy g‘oya:

Insonning muvaffaqiyatga erishish imkoniyatiga ishonchi uning xulq-atvorini belgilab beradi.

O‘z-o‘ziga ishonchi yuqori insonlar murakkab vazifalarni bajarishga ham tayyor bo‘ladi.

O‘z-o‘ziga ishonchi past insonlar esa hatto oddiy vazifalardan ham qo‘rqishlari mumkin.

O‘z-o‘ziga ishonchning asosiy manbalari (4 ta):

1. Shaxsiy tajriba:

– Oldingi muvaffaqiyatli harakatlar → o‘z-o‘ziga ishonch ↑

– Oldingi muvaffaqiyatsizliklar → o‘z-o‘ziga ishonch ↓

Misol

: Biror vazifani avval muvaffaqiyatli bajargan inson, kelajakda ham o‘xshash ishni qilishga ko‘proq ishonadi.

2. Vikarli tajriba (modellashtirish):

– O‘ziga o‘xshash boshqa insonlarning muvaffaqiyatlarini kuzatish orqali ishonchning oshishi.

Misol

: Bir inson boshqa birovning muvaffaqiyatli harakatini kuzatib, o‘zi ham bu ishga qodirligiga ishonadi.

3. Verbal ishontirish:

– Boshqalarning qo‘llab-quvvatlovchi va ishontiruvchi so‘zlari ishonchni oshiradi.

Misol

: Obro‘li shaxsning “Sen bu ishni eplaysan” degan gapi insonning o‘z kuchiga ishonchini oshiradi.

4. Emotsional va fiziologik holat:

– Salbiy his-tuyg‘ular (stress, xavotir) → o‘z-o‘ziga ishonch ↓

– Ijobiy his-tuyg‘ular (xotirjamlik, ko‘tarinki kayfiyat) → o‘z-o‘ziga ishonch ↑

– Charchoq, kasallik → o‘z-o‘ziga ishonch ↓

Misol

: Xotirjam inson murakkab vazifani bajarishga ko‘proq ishonch bilan kirishadi.

Amaliy ahamiyati:

Banduraning nazariyasi ta’lim, sog‘liqni saqlash, sport va psixologiyaning boshqa sohalarida keng qo‘llaniladi. O‘z-o‘ziga ishonchni oshirishga qaratilgan turli strategiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Bu strategiyalar insonning muvaffaqiyatga erishishiga yordam beradi.

Eslatma:

Yuqoridagi 4 omil bir-biri bilan o‘zaro bog‘liq va bir-birini to‘ldirib turadi. Ular birgalikda shaxsning o‘z-o‘ziga ishonchini shakllantirish va mustahkamlashda muhim ahamiyatga ega.
